Juan Grabois was one of the first to sign up for the ruling party for the race towards the 2023 elections. A social reference and the Frente Patria Grande, this Tuesday left a smooth threat to the opposition about the political future of Argentina. "Let them come and in a year and a half they leave by helicopter," he said in a radio interview.
Social leader and polemicist in passing, Grabois, who threatened to break with the Frente de Todos but then remained within the official space. On Tuesday he was asked if an opposition victory or the triumph of a right-wing candidate within Peronism is worse.
The person in charge of asking the question was Roberto Navarro, the Kirchnerist driver of El Destape, who expressed himself in these words: "What is worse: that the right wins and Peronism puts itself in resistance or that a right-wing Peronist wins and everything votes for him?"
Grabois received the pass and posed his answer. "That's a doubt I always have," he acknowledged as he pondered the answer.
"I doubt it, because my tanatic impulses make me think: Let them come, we are going to fight it and in a year and a half they will leave by helicopter," continued the CTEP referent.
"The truth is that I have that fantasy," he continued, with unfiltered sincerity.

He quickly cut himself off: "What happens is that the dead were always people, they are put by our companions. And, besides, that does not guarantee that the one who comes after is not as garca as the one who would have come. "
And he concluded in this regard: "I do not know, I am not clear about that answer. But it is a question that does not concern me at this time, because as I am going to win the internal and then we are going to win the generals and we are going to govern and we are going to make a very good government, confronting whoever we have to confront, it is a hypothesis that is not within my plans. "
After the retreat, however, he again stressed that in case Peronism goes with a unity candidate – without internal – like Sergio Massa, he will compete outside the ruling party.
"If there is no PASO and the candidate is Massa or another conservative I go outside, because nobody is going to militate that campaign and the comrades do not know if they are going to vote," Grabois said.
And he redoubled his usual questions to the head of the economic portfolio: "The people are no longer banking on the masks."
Since his launch as a pre-candidate, Grabois made it clear that he would only step down in case Cristina Kirchner or Eduardo "Wado" de Pedro, exponents of hard Kirchnerism, presented their presidential candidacies.

Grabois again rejected the national government's agreement with the IMF. In this regard, he said that "we must break with the Fund" and renegotiate on reasonable terms. "You are surrendering the Homeland," he said of the current state of the relationship with Washington.
