Called "Forum of Opportunities", it will be held from 13:30 p.m., at the Marc Brinon cultural center. "All the partners of the Marne-la-Vallée employment area, local authorities and state services are mobilizing in favor of employment to mitigate the effects of scarcity of labor in trades in tension," says the prefecture of Seine-et-Marne.
In view of the cruel lack of manpower in the trades in tension, the purpose of this forum will be to restore interest to these trades through 6,000 job offers, in permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts and fixed-term contracts. An opportunity to discover these professions but above all to train and attract people furthest from employment, in order to facilitate a return to a professional life with more than 400 training places.
Local businesses mobilized
Actors such as Pôle emploi, Cap Emploi and local missions will also be able to remove difficulties in accessing employment through solutions on mobility problems, childcare or the writing of a CV.
On site, candidates will be able to apply to several employers (public and private) including Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, KFC, Disneyland Paris, Shiva, Veolia, the Air Force, Land and the French Navy. There will also be local companies such as Exxelia, manufacturer of components for advanced industrial fields, based in Chanteloup-en-Brie, Comy Systems, manufacturer of electro-acoustic accessories in Émerainville, Acrelec, a dematerialized point of sale design company in Saint-Thibault, or the pollution control specialist Remove, based in Croissy-Beaubourg.
