However, the operation was not a health-related, but "an aesthetic thing", "I also stand by that," says Dietel. "I'm doing wonderfully," she clarifies. At home, they are well taken care of. Recently, she shared a photo of herself in an Instagram story, which showed her with a blue bandage around her head and water ice on her eyes. "What such a water ice cream is good for," Dietel joked.
Skin cancer diagnosis in May 2022
However, last year, the actress had to go to the doctor for a more serious reason. She was diagnosed with malignant melanoma in May 2022 and had to have several tumors removed. In an interview with the magazine "Bunte", she blamed herself for her illness: "I had a solarium flat rate since I was 19 years old," she confessed. "I was a light-skinned guy and turned sizzling tan, which I thought was beautiful." On every holiday, she "lay in the sun from morning to night".
