The official is accused of having fomented a scabrous sexual scenario against his former wife, a lawyer from Montauban.

On June 7, 2022, at 22:45 p.m., a Montauban police patrol arrested a man who had just broken into the garden of lawyer Angèle Feres-Massol in Eve's outfit. The investigators then discover that this break-in is at the heart of a scabrous sexual scenario dictated by a virtual avatar named "Ephemeral", behind which hides in reality the ex-companion of the victim, also a brigadier in the national police. Nearly a year later, the 43-year-old civil servant appears this Thursday before the criminal court of Toulouse (Haute-Garonne) for "harassment on ex-spouse", "forgery in public writing" and "misappropriation of personal data".

A policeman "adept at all eccentricities"

When the investigators questioned the now dressed intruder, they discovered with surprise that he was a controller at the Montauban internal surveillance brigade. The latter seems to have been trapped by a certain "Thierry" met a few weeks earlier on the site Coco.fr with the pseudonym "Ephemeral" and with whom he has already had intimate relations. In a crazy sex game, he allegedly ordered him to climb the fence of the lawyer, dressed in nothing but a locked chastity cage, film the occupant of the house with his mobile phone before defecating on the lawn. But Angèle Feres-Massol, 44, has never agreed to participate in such a ride. And this is not the first time it has surprised an individual on her property. The last time, the applicant allegedly explained to him that he had been sent by his companion.

As soon as he was taken into custody, Brigadier Julien B. denied the accusations, initially hammering not knowing the man who raped his ex-wife's home. Confronted with the exploitation of his telephone line, he is forced to admit to having already met him, without admitting to being at the origin of the scenario. Again auditioned, the lawyer depicts a chaotic relationship of about six years together. After a first breakup, two people broke into her home in March and August 2020, including during an attempted burglary, pushing her to fall back into the arms of Julien B. Her profession as a police officer then gives her a protective role capable of reassuring her.

Investigators are now convinced that these two intrusions were actually a technique to try to get her back to him. Since March 2022, the two lovers have broken up permanently. She can no longer stand this "mythomaniac", notes the investigation report of the judicial police of Toulouse consulted by Le Figaro. A second reason, related to intimacy is also mentioned. He has "a far greater sexual appetite" than his own and both are, therefore, "not on the same page." "He seems to have an overflowing libido and adept at all eccentricities," wrote in his conclusions the commissioner in charge of the investigation.

59 illegal requisitions

The telephone exchanges throw a harsh light on the behavior of Julien B. after the separation. While Angèle Feres-Massol no longer hides her exasperation in her text messages, her ex-companion writes her in return "an avalanche of several dozen messages" at least three times between the break and the facts. An insistence corresponding to harassment. Even more worrying, the investigators discover that Julien B. took advantage of his quality as a police officer to spy on his every move with his entourage. In total, 59 illegal requisitions were drawn up by the defendant in order to spy on the telephone records of his ex-girlfriend, in particular in the context of proceedings that had "no connection" with the criminal lawyer. He also asked for the identification of some of her numbers with whom she maintains frequent exchanges, magistrates or political figures, such as the deputy (PS) of Tarn-et-Garonne Valérie Rabault, who is a civil party, according to Le Parisien.

Yet man is far from desperate, crushed by the weight of loneliness. He conducts in parallel "ongoing relationships with several women", as well as "many episodic sexual relations" with women and men, especially met on dating applications. He "constantly sought to expand his harem," the commissioner continues in his conclusions. The forty-year-old has "great sexual needs" and would also have engaged in acts of sexual harassment within the institution itself. A young woman who was doing an internship in her department would have been the recipient of no less than 800 messages, some of which were explicit about her underwear.

Still on the professional level, the methods of the brigadier do not cease to question. He is accused of having shown "extreme disloyalty to his service" in order to make himself well seen by lawyers and magistrates, "giving him a sense of importance and omnipotence that has led to a total feeling of impunity on his part." The person concerned, who faces up to 10 years in prison and a fine of 150,000 euros, continues to contest the facts. He has since been suspended from his duties.
