In an accident on Thursday morning in Karlsfeld, a woman was critically injured. She wanted to cross Münchner Straße on foot and was hit by a car.
Karlsfeld – At around 6:50 a.m., a pedestrian crossed Münchner Straße in Karlsfeld in the area of the entrance to Karlsfeld coming from Dachau. In this area, there is no traffic light system for crossing, as the police announced in an initial report. On the Dachau carriageway, the pedestrian was hit by the car and critically injured. She was taken by ambulance to a Munich hospital.
The Dachau Police Inspectorate, in close consultation with the Munich II Public Prosecutor's Office, has begun investigations into the cause of the accident.
Currently, the B 304 in the direction of Dachau is completely closed. This leads to long backlogs.
