Thursday evening, a little after 22 p.m., a 16-year-old man was attacked by two teenagers on the Promenade des Anglais, in Nice, during a brawl on a background of alcohol, says the Figaro a police source. Slightly wounded in the thigh by a stab wound, the victim was taken care of on the spot by the emergency services, at the Régent Plage restaurant.
Warned in turn, officers of the Nice national police quickly identified the two alleged attackers, whom they arrested without difficulty. Minors, the latter were placed in custody within the walls of the Auvare barracks.
The most beautiful avenue of Nice had already been the scene of a similar attack a few days earlier. On the night of Monday to Tuesday, a 25-year-old man was wounded with a knife, near the Negresco palace. Transported to the Pasteur Hospital as a precautionary measure, he too had escaped with less difficulty. "To say that there is a link between the two cases is a bit strong! We arrive on sunny days, the nightlife resumes little by little, and with it its share of excesses of all kinds, decrypts a local policeman. The Promenade des Anglais and the Quai des États-Unis are much busier at night and news items like these are multiplying.
