Advertising signs attached to windows proudly announcing "Sold!" are very rare in the Solidarité-Carnot district of Montreuil. Located on the edge of the bourgeois town of Vincennes (Val-de-Marne), these few streets display facades of well-renovated buildings, colorful pavilions and busy bike paths.
