In the summer of 2020, the barometer of our partner Best Agents predicted a Parisian average above 11,000 euros per square meter. Three years later, the real estate valuation specialist estimates that the City of Light could well fall below 10,000 euros per square meter as early as July or August. It is 10,082 euros per square meter today. A reversal of situation that no one could have imagined as the capital was pulling real estate prices up. Increasingly complicated access to credit has profoundly changed the situation.
