Until Sunday, the ephemeral Grand Palais (7th) hosts the eighth edition of the gastronomic festival born in London in 2004. This year again, Taste of Paris expects 30,000 visitors to taste the signature dishes in mini-portions of forty chefs, charged between 6 and 12 euros.

If the promise of the festival is still to democratize the great tables, the multi-starred are less and less present. Chefs who approach gastronomy differently, in an uninhibited way," explains Mathilde Delville, Director of Programming.
From street food to palaces
Thus Baptiste Renouard, Thibaut Spiwack, Alessandra Montagne, Alexandre Marchon, Pauline Séné, Quentin Lechat, François Daubinet... "These chefs understood the value of participating in Taste to capture a new audience. They take the opportunity to let go and express their creativity."
