He closed the election in Salta, in which Governor Gustavo Sáenz seeks a victory to continue in office for another four years. Among the 11 opposition candidates, the Kirchnerist Emiliano Estrada in the previous one hoped to dispute the result, in a front with the space of Alfredo Olmedo. For Together for Change the candidate is the radical Miguel Nanni.
"It was a short but difficult campaign, we have been working for three and a half years in difficult times trying to solve people's problems. There is still much to be done. We have to leave hatred and grudges out," Saenz said when voting.
Former candidate for vice president of Sergio Massa in 2015, he is supported by a sector of Peronism and another integrates the Avancemos front, with the nomination of Estrada.
"I am convinced that we can represent the will to change. We received a campaign of fake news and hate. Society, in this context, needs love," Estrada, close to Wado de Pedro and with Carlos Zapata – national deputy of Together for Change and the provincial space of Olmedo – ratified his claims on Sunday.

"You always have the highest expectations. The mission for me is accomplished. Together for Change exists in Salta, it has a national and provincial coherence, in Salta it is also opposition," Nanni said when voting in Cafayate.
Walter Wayar (Entre Todos), Claudio del Plá (Frente de Izquierda), Lía Caliva (Salta para Todos), Lucio Paz Posse (Salta Avanza con Vos), Mauro Sabbadini (Salta con Felicidad), Ramiro Escotorin (Unidad Popular), Marcos Tognolini (MAS), Daniela Planes Saiz (PTS) and Violeta Gil (Política Obrera) also performed.

In addition to governor and vice-president, the 1,082,462 people eligible to vote had the possibility of electing 11 provincial senators, 30 deputies, mayors and councilors in 60 municipalities. Once again, the single electronic ballot system was implemented in the province.
In the provincial capital, Mayor Bettina Romero is seeking re-election and the main challenger is Emiliano Durand. Both carry the ticket for governor of Saenz. For Together for Change the candidate is Matías Posadas, a former official of the government, which generated internal discussions in the opposition coalition.
