An 8-year-old girl from Britain was shocked by the foreign body she found in a dish of the popular fast food chain and was severely nauseous • McDonald's responded: "The object did not reach us, so a proper investigation cannot be conducted"

Eight-year-old Sienna Mukeri, a schoolgirl in Britain, couldn't leave the meal she enjoyed at McDonald's in her stomach after finding in her nuggets a foreign body, literally, that looked like a human tooth.

The story began when little Mockery was walking with her mother, Liz Henry, during a day off from school in the Glasgow area of the UK. Towards the end of the trip, the two stopped at a local McDonald's in one of the small towns surrounding Glasgow.

Mukri ordered a meal of nuggets (chicken nuggets), and when she ate them she suddenly bit into a hard object, which was white in color and had yellow stains on it. The mother and daughter said that since they did not examine the foreign body, it was difficult for them to determine conclusively what it was, however, from the photographs published by the mother, it appears that it is a human tooth - and so do the two.

"I organized a day of treats and entertainment for my daughter, during which she chose to eat at a McDonald's," the mother told the Daily Mirror, adding: "While eating, she noticed a hard object in the nuggets and spat it out, and it looked just like a human tooth. My daughter was severely nauseous following the experience." Henry also noted that "the foreign body had a yellow tint, so I thought maybe it was the chicken bone after all, but look in the pictures - it looks just like a human tooth. My daughter vomited following the incident."

Henry noted that the branch staff suggested that she replace the meal with a new dish. "I don't understand who would really want to eat in a place like this again, after what we found," she said, adding: "In fact, since the incident my daughter hasn't come close to McDonald's chicken nuggets or any other McDonald's dish."

According to the mother, she contacted the network through the official website, but the request was not addressed, so she decided to publish the details of the case. After publication, a company spokesperson addressed the allegations and said that the network did not receive the first message sent by the mother. "Food safety and quality are of utmost importance to McDonald's," the spokesperson added, "We place great emphasis on quality control of our products to prevent manufacturing defects. However, in the present case, we did not receive the foreign body that the customer was found in the dish, so we cannot conduct a proper investigation into the matter. In addition, the customer is currently in contact with our customer service team, who are trying to provide a solution that satisfies them."

As you may recall, we recently published that McDonald's UK was fined a huge $600,<> fine after mouse droppings were found in the wrapper of a customer's burger. The branch itself was closed by the company for ten days and then reopened.
