In the first photo, the actress appears in a bikini, sporting her signature long brown hair and offering a broad smile to the camera. She carries in her arms her granddaughter Louetta Isley, born on April 18 from the union between her daughter Rumer Willis and her companion Derek Richard Thomas.
In the second photo, the heroine of Ghost appears hugging Rumer, her eldest daughter, whom she shares with Bruce Willis. The third photo, finally, is a flashback to the 1980s immortalized by photographer Annie Leibovitz. In this image, Demi Moore posed nude, simply covered with a sheet, when she was pregnant with Rumer. "The circle of life. Happy Mother's Day!", writes the sexagenarian in caption her publication, intended for her 4.1 million subscribers on the social network.

From young girl to mother
A few hours after her mother's post, Rumer Willis responded to this maternal declaration of love on her Instagram account. "Being able to celebrate this day with you is beyond words. The privilege of walking this path of motherhood with you by my side to support and guide me is something I have always dreamed of," writes the 34-year-old, showing particular gratitude to the one who accompanied her during her "transition from young girl to mother". An evolution documented by the few photos shared by Rumer, where the latter first appears alongside Demi Moore when she was still a baby, then at different stages of her own pregnancy. And to conclude: "I love you mom. I am filled with so much joy and gratitude."
