A series of chats that businessman Francisco Sáenz Valiente (52) had with a friend the morning before the death of Emmily Rodrigues (26), were disseminated on Tuesday. The messages complicate the owner of the apartment on the sixth floor of Retiro from which the young woman fell and died.

In the messages it comes to light that Saénz Valiente had at least three different types of drugs in his house and mentioned them to his friend, which contradicts the version he gave to the Justice.

It is a series of messages that that morning the agro-mining businessman exchanged with two of the key witnesses in the case and that, according to some judicial sources, could involve him with the crime of "facilitation of narcotics", one of the two charges for which the complaint asks that he return to prison.

There it is clear that Sáenz Valiente offered first one of his friends and then another the possibility of going to consume marijuana, cocaine and "tuci", a powerful designer drug (misnamed "pink cocaine") that combines the hallucinogenic effects of LSD with the euphoric effects of MDMA, and that are some of the narcotics that toxicological tests already know that Emmily consumed before falling from the sixth floor.

The sequence of messages -incorporated into the cause and to which Telam agreed-, began at 0.43 on March 30 when Sáenz Valiente dialogues with his dealerto order the drugs.

"Hello, how are you?, 2 whites and 1 tus" (sic), asks Sáenz Valiente when ordering cocaine and "Tuci" (which is also spelled Tusi and whose name comes from the English pronunciation of the acronym 2C-B).

"How long??, warn nearby" (sic) and "how much everything?" are the other messages you exchange with your drug supplier.

At 1.31 and when he already had the drugs in his possession, Sáenz Valiente invited one of the witnesses of the cause to his house, with these messages: "Do you want to come??, "well warn", "listening to music", "alone".

To the audios that his friend sends him, Sáenz Valiente responds, with some messages with typing errors, with clear reference to what he had drugs to offer: "I have coasa" (sic), he says first and then tries to clarify: "Tus coc faso" (sic), in clear reference to what he had was tuci, cocaine and marijuana.

"I wrote well hdp that I do not understand", reproaches the woman, to which Sáenz Valiente clarifies, without leaving any doubt, with this message: "Tusi blanca faso".

"Ah. You have everything. Hdp. For 10 I go 2 hours nothing more. I already know you amixxx", writes the witness who, after Sáenz Valiente mentions the address of his house, Libertad 1542, and sends him the location, confirms at 1.52 that he asks for "car" and that he warns him when he is at the door to pay for the "car".

The other sequence of messages is with Juliana Magalhaes Mourao, a Brazilian doctor who is a key witness in the case because she is the friend who took Emmily to Sáenz Valiente's house.

At 1.36, the businessman sent him an audio in which he declines the possibility of going to a bar in Palermo where he had already been and the woman was, and asks her to go "with friends" to his apartment.

"No boluda, I already went to 'Isabel'. I'm not going back to fat 'Isabel', I'm already here. Go to Isabel and bring your friends here. I already did, I already left Isabel for you," Sáenz Valiente told Juliana, according to the transcript of the audio that appears in the case.

"Here we go," the woman replies at 2.14am, and it is known that a little over an hour later, at 3.21am, Juliana arrived at the apartment with Emmily and another girl named Dafne.

On the other hand, in the framework of this case, tomorrow at 10 the judges of Room 6 of the National Court of Appeals in Criminal and Correctional Matters will carry out a visual inspection in the department of Sáenz Valiente, who although he is now free with a lack of merit dictated on April 18 by the judge of the case, Martín Del Viso, the prosecution and the complaint asked that he return to prison for "femicide", which provides for a life sentence, and "facilitation of narcotics and a place to use them" which, according to the Drug Law 23,737, is punishable by imprisonment of 3 to 12 years if it is gratuitous.

According to the investigation, that March 30, after a morning of excesses with the intake of alcohol, marijuana, cocaine and "tuci", Rodrigues suffered an apparent psychotic break and at 9.18 he ended up falling out of a bare window to the inner courtyard of the block lung of the building, when only Sáenz Valiente and Magalhaes Murao were in the apartment. in a death that the Justice tries to elucidate if it was a femicide or a suicide in the framework of some type of drug intake.
