Studio IMAGINE is the product of a dream come true. It was the studio that motivated accountant Udi Kogler to leave the numbers and reports, VAT and income tax and move to his favorite world since childhood, the world of music.

His musical talent was discovered entirely by chance. As a child suffering from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, he refused to learn to play music officially. To the astonishment of the private piano teacher, he just started and immediately knew how to play, without any training. It was only when he was a student that he officially began studying music at the Academy of Music, along with studying accounting.

"Every amateur or professional player regularly uses the services of a rehearsal studio. Most rehearsal studios are sort of the 'backyard' of recording studios. Less invested in the context of equipment, tools, acoustics and of course in the design context," explains architect Shira Moskal of Hillel Architecture and Kogler's sister.

Kugler identified a need to create venues that would provide a real experience for the rehearsals themselves. He realized that with the right acoustics and quality instruments, playing would reach new heights of enjoyment and contribute to success. As someone who grew up in a home with great exposure to the world of design, fashion and architecture, it was clear to him that the place he would establish would be unique in this aspect as well, and so he turned to his sister Shira to fulfill his dream.

According to Moskal, "We formulated a unique design and planning concept. The chosen location is located inside a hangar in Raanana's industrial zone, in a building that contains a fascinating collection of creative business owners. The design concept came from the street, from the roughness of the building and the surroundings. A space of street art and color, with a lot of respect for a work that is a personal handwriting of each and every one. On the personal side, the design and planning of the project was very exciting for me. A process that means embarking on a new path for my brother."

At the same time, the artistic language was formed, the complementary complementary of which is reflected in the design elements. These are reflected in the flooring, the graffiti cladding of the walls, the special colors of the carpentry, and the industrial look that stands out in the lighting fixtures, as well as the special design of the doors and windows. The powerful works of art complete the experience that is woven into the integral music experience of the place.

On the planning level, these are two large rehearsal rooms called the BLACK ROOM and the RED ROOM. Each contains a decent variety of musical instruments, including a piano. Between them are seating areas and a kitchenette with an island, so the place seeks to invite the audience to stay and spend time there.

The place was accompanied by acoustic consultant Dudu Hoja, who was in charge of finding creative solutions from the acoustic aspect, while integrating the design concept.

IMAGINE is a dream rehearsal room, a space of imagination and creativity, with carefully selected instruments and amplifiers and an excellent sound system. The place was established out of a great love for music, creators, musicians. This is based on the belief that an experiential and designed place enhances creativity and creativity itself.
