Assaf Cohen, a 28-year-old man from Gan Yavneh, was arrested on suspicion of committing sexual offenses against minors, documenting the sexual encounters and distributing the videos on his Instagram account. The investigation was opened several months ago and Cohen was located and arrested by detectives from Unit 105 in Lahav 433.
Among other things, Cohen introduced himself on Instagram as "jocker" or "dady" under the caption "My." It is suspected that Cohen arranged to meet with underage girls and then committed sexual offenses against them, documented the acts and distributed the videos.

Each time his page closed, Cohen allegedly opened a new one and did so several times. It also emerged that he introduced himself on his Instagram profile under the caption "My" and under it sexually explicit photos.
Unit investigators managed to locate several victims, minors aged 17-13, and it is suspected that there are other complainants. The police asked anyone who was allegedly harmed by Cohen to contact the 105 hotline. The Rishon Lezion Magistrate's Court extended Cohen's detention by a week until May 21.
