Many different organs work together to keep us healthy. If one fails, some vital functions can no longer be maintained. There is a lot you can do to keep your heart, kidneys or liver healthy. A healthy lifestyle with plenty of exercise, a balanced diet, sufficient sleep and good stress management protects our organs and prevents diseases.

If there is an imbalance in the body, it reacts with symptoms of illness. Anyone who frequently suffers from dizziness, headaches or other complaints should therefore have a check-up with a doctor. Most of the time, these are harmless or easily remedied causes that are behind them. These include, for example, weather sensitivity, infections or lack of sleep.

But sometimes complaints are also a cry for help from one or more organs, as in the case of high blood pressure.

Therefore, doctors should always check the kidney values in the case of high blood pressure in need of treatment in order to rule out chronic kidney disease as the cause.
