Twelve-year-old suffers persecutory acts, a young man investigated

(ANSA) - PERUGIA, MAY 18 - He is accused of persecutory acts against a twelve-year-old girl known through social networks, a 27-year-old resident of Milan against whom the investigating judge of Perugia has issued the precautionary measure of the ban on approaching her and her family. According to the reconstruction of the investigators, the man on one occasion, pretending to have the authorization of the parents to talk to the girl, also showed up at school and, to the teacher's refusal, reacted by going into a frenzy and kicking the entrance gate of the school.
The precautionary measure was carried out by the police in the Lombard capital. The man is being investigated for the crime of persecutors following the investigations carried out by the Perugia mobile team, launched after a report presented at the police headquarters by the girl's parents. They told the police howin recent months, after meeting his daughter through a social network and although aware of her age, young man had undertaken an acquaintance with her through chat and telephone contacts thanks to which he had managed to steal his trust by obtaining confidential and personal information.
