Paris 2024: with its popular "Tous aux jeux" ticketing, the State will offer more than 400,000 seats

The State announced this Friday, through the voice of the Minister of Sports and the Olympic and Paralympic Games, Amélie Oudéa-Castéra, the launch of the popular ticketing "All at the Games". 401,220 tickets acquired by the France will be divided between the Olympic Games (100,700), the Paralympic Games (298,600) and the Opening Ceremonies (1,920) to be distributed to four categories of people.

"Youth" is the first invoked in the state's press release. Students from all over metropolitan France and overseas, from CM1 to the Terminal, will be able to attend the tests, as well as "disadvantaged young people, protected by child welfare or benefiting from a support program for the holidays", as well as scholarship students and "young people who stand out in an exemplary way by their civic or associative commitment". All this for a total of 258,800 sesames. "A major focus will be placed on Paralympic events in the case of youth spaces," the statement said.

100,100 places will go to volunteers from the sports movement including "educators, leaders, coaches, referees, etc." Of these, sports federations approved by the Ministry or affiliated to the French National Olympic Sports Committee will be responsible for distributing 70,000. The ministry will also provide tickets to "clubs participating in the "Inclusive Clubs" program of the French Paralympic Sports Committee, with the objective of training 3,000 new sports clubs to welcome practitioners with disabilities before the Paris Games."

17,400 tickets will be allocated to people with disabilities and their caregivers. The State will rely on medico-social institutions and services, on the parasports movement and on large associative networks to carry out distribution. Finally, 24,820 tickets will go to public officials in categories B and C.

Ticket assignment will begin in spring 2024

"Our goal is simple: to enable young people, everyday heroes of the world of sport, public servants and civil servants, as well as disadvantaged audiences or too often far from major sporting events to share the happiness of experiencing the Games in France, marveling at the diversity of their events and the extraordinary feats they are always the stage," explained Amélie Oudéa-Castéra.

"The allocation of tickets will begin from spring 2024, after a beneficiary selection phase that will be declined within each administration. Selected beneficiaries will be able to obtain their electronic tickets from June 2024 on the Paris 2024 smartphone application," the statement said.
