Parents? Forget Rolaps, a new trend is starting to bother children and it may hurt your pocket • Actor Orel Sabri comes out against the phenomenon

Haven't calmed down from the craziness of Rolfas yet? Know that you are lagging behind while there are already those who are looking ahead and marking the next hot trend that is driving Israeli children crazy.

Actor and comedian, Orel Sabri, took on the role of responsible adult and as a service to young surfers on Saturday sought to address on his Instagram account the new trend sold in stores at an astronomical price.

Orel Sabri,

This is the energy drink "PRIME", which in recent weeks has been spreading like wildfire on social networks and threatens to empty (again) the pockets of many parents in Israel. In a series of stories posted by Sabri, the actor criticized the phenomenon of consumption of the sweetened drink and tried to speak to the common sense of his little fans.

Before we quote Sabri's words, let us explain for a moment what all the fuss is about. PRIME IS A DILUTED COCONUT WATER DRINK CALLED PRIME HYDRATION THAT COMES IN TEN DIFFERENT FLAVORS. This is a venture of two jutabber boxing friends, Logan Paul and KSA. The drink has recently become an international sensation, as teenagers around the world storm the shops to buy it.

Along with its popularity, there are also calls to ban its drinking in schools. In Israel, the drink is sold at an exorbitant price ranging from NIS 50 to NIS 80 per unit.

"Let's talk for a moment about the trends and the rush to these things," Sabri wrote against the background of a photo of children holding the sports drink. "Is it sane? What happened to us? What is this crazy herd phenomenon?" he asked in protest. "I don't know if it's my habit since childhood to hear my father tell me: 'What is Orel for, we don't need to,' but at least I feel that I received a reasonable education. 80 NIS for a half-liter bottle? For what? You don't have to!" he stated.

In another story posted by Sabri, he sought to make Israeli children and their parents come to their senses and not cooperate with the trend. "In short, two things about this," he wrote, elaborating: One, if you are a child, you will understand only one thing. You have nothing to give in to society's dictates if they don't make sense. Not only because a classmate has a frame, so you have to taste it too." He added: "If you're a parent, don't discriminate against them either. Be some dear father (Orel's father)," he concluded humorously.
