Presented last Tuesday to the Council of Ministers, the green industry law can only arouse enthusiasm. This is a text that aims to solve in a few measures a good part of the French difficulties: deindustrialization, energetic transition, technological backwardness, territorial inequalities, downgrading of the middle classes, democratic disaffection ... Parliamentarians will only be able to sign with both hands.
The bill provides in particular for the creation of a "future climate savings plan", intended for young people. This booklet can be opened by parents as soon as a child is born. Benefiting from significant tax advantages and an attractive remuneration, the savings thus collected from surrounding adults will be directed towards the financing of green projects, i.e. low carbon consumption. In short, the ideal instrument to prepare under better auspices the financing of children's studies!
