Matt LeBlanc, Joey from Friends, came to his last audition with his nose almost broken. On the face of it, like Jason, he is supposed to be banished in disgrace. Still? What is the message for this week?
If we connect to the energy of three rods, we can actually feel the power to be ourselves in any situation and feel that our strengths and energy speak for themselves. Beneath our makeup, clothing, gestures, pretenses, and even education, there is a pure and perfect energy that is worth the appreciation of others, which deserves attention and a lot of respect. Something about us as we shine from within and we can tune in to it and find it in others as well. It requires attention and a deeper look, but there lies talent, strength, determination, knowledge, intuition and power that is the gift of creation to us - it is the real thing that will bring us the recognition and appreciation we deserve.
So what's the weekly message?
So the message is to focus on our strengths, to understand what we are good at, what are the inner gifts within us that do not require any external act. Something that is really part of us, a natural aspect that we excel at. Our lesson this week is to express our benefits in front of the environment, ask for more, demand the appreciation. Not by force, of course, but simply by the willingness to apply for roles that are important to us, to express our talents in front of the environment, to perform, to upload songs we wrote to Facebook, to talk about what we excel at, not to be afraid to look very impressive on a date, in an interview, or even in a meeting with friends. And of course - paying attention to the same advantages in others, complimenting, appreciating small points of light in others - the attitude we receive will change radically once we do so. This week we must take care not to be in places where we are not valued. It's simple to exclude ourselves from spaces where we don't have basic respect. Important!
How does the card advance us to the next stage in life?
Michal, a student in the course, was very hesitant about whether to apply for a senior position. Like Jason, she didn't feel she really had anything to offer and might just embarrass herself. She was even embarrassed to ask this question in the course, but thank God, she had the courage to ask: Should I apply for a senior position at the company? She already felt in her stomach that the answer was "no" but she received the card three rods. So, like Jason and just like Matt, she must understand that her true qualities are internal. True, her resume is less impressive, she is only a year at the company, she only has a bachelor's degree and there are candidates with seniority and a master's degree. Olp, she fits like Jason for the crown and like Joey for friends. The managers may not consult the oracle as in mythology, but they do feel in their gut who is right for them. It worked. Michal came exactly as she was, explained what her vision was for the company and she was accepted into the management reserve track. Therefore, three headquarters only provides the opening of the door - this is not yet the final and final stage, but it is indeed confirmation that we know what we are worth and give us a chance to prove ourselves in practice. If we hadn't opened Michal, she wouldn't have known that she was appreciated and saw real potential for management.
