In politics, there are targets that are easier to target than others. Particularly offensive towards the "ultra-rich" and "multinationals", Gabriel Attal's communication on his plan against tax fraud remained rather parsimonious as regards the part relating to the fight against VAT fraud. However, according to the latest INSEE estimates, this type of fraud costs the State between 20 and 25 billion euros each year.
