The future trainees at Munich Airport have now got to know their new place of work. You can't get more variety than that.
Airport – thumbs up for a successful flying visit to Munich Airport: Trainees and dual students who will start their careers at Flughafen München GmbH (FMG) in September explored their future workplace together with their parents and got to know their future employer.
According to FMG, 135 trainees and dual students are currently being trained in 13 different professions and courses of study. The two bachelor's degree programs in Industrial Engineering-Facility Management and Accounting & Controlling are completely new.
This means that the number of trainees at FMG is already back to pre-Corona levels, according to a press release. Including the trainees at the FMG subsidiaries, there are currently around 230 junior employees in 25 different professions and courses of study throughout the Group. The majority of the trainees come from the immediate airport region. The application phase for trainees and dual students who want to start their careers at the airport in September 2024 will start this year on June 1, 2023, two months earlier than last year.
