Woman stabbed during quarrel in the house, her husband stopped

A 42-year-old woman was seriously wounded with stab wounds during a dispute with her husband last night at the couple's home in Acquaviva delle Fonti, in the Bari area. The man was arrested a few hours after the fact on charges of attempted aggravated murder. The woman, who was hit by at least three stab wounds to the chest and has a lung injury, was rescued by 118 personnel and is hospitalized with a prognosis reserve in the Miulli hospital in Acquaviva.
As we learned, the quarrel and injury took place in the couple's home, in the historic center of the municipality of Bari. The husband, wanted for a few hours after the injury, was then identified and detained by the judicial police. The investigations are coordinated by the prosecutor Lanfranco Marazia of the Bari Public Prosecutor's Office.
