The companion of Ari Boulogne, found dead at his Paris home Saturday, was indicted for failure to assist a person in danger, manslaughter and "transport, possession, acquisition and transfer of narcotics," Le Figaro learned from the Paris prosecutor's office on Monday, May 22.
According to her account, reported by our colleagues of the Parisian, this 58-year-old woman discovered the body of Ari Boulogne in the night from Friday to Saturday, back from a stay with her son. Feeling unwell and vomiting around 3 a.m., she was transported by firefighters to a nearby hospital. But, on leaving the hospital, she is placed in custody for "non-assistance to person in danger". And for good reason: the body of Air Boulogne was in an advanced state of decomposition.

He reportedly died of an overdose
To the investigators in charge of the case, she would have admitted that her husband would have died of an overdose. But that she would not have given the alert to the rescue, for fear of possible prosecution. An investigation is underway and aims in particular to "clarify the circumstances in which the death of the victim, who was hemiplegic, may have occurred," according to the prosecutor's office.
Born in August 1962, Ari Boulogne, whose real name is Christian Boulogne, a photographer by profession, has always considered himself the son of Alain Delon and the German singer Nico, which the glory of French cinema has always denied. Alain Delon has always rejected his requests for recognition of paternity, while he was raised and then adopted by the actor's own mother. On Sunday evening, his son Anthony Delon posted a message of condolences on his Instagram account: "Rest in peace, Ari. A tragic destiny. Sadness. A thought tonight for his two children."
