United Hatzalah Online spokesman Nachman Tubul notes that a number of similar incidents have occurred recently and stressed that it is important to keep cleaning products and the like out of reach of children and toddlers. It is also recommended to store detergents and other toxic substances in a location that small children do not have access to.
