On Sunday (21 May), he had to compete in the VOX broadcast against his gastro colleague Frank Rosin (56), among others. However, Henssler was so upset that he even broke off the duel.
Electroshock game makes Steffen Henssler freak out
Just a few weeks ago, Larissa Marolt had caused criticism with annoyed statements after her "Grill den Henssler" defeat. This time it was Steffen Henssler himself who caused a stir because he completely freaked out during a game against Frank Rosin. The reason: The game "court or not?" Presenter Laura Wontorra (34) alternately called dishes on both sides, which were either real or fictitious. That was what we had to find out. But in the meantime, the TV chefs wore wristbands that deliver electric shocks if the answers are wrong and had to try to spill as little as possible from the full glass in their hands.
For Stefan Henssler, this game went decidedly too far. Even before the start, he grumbled: "The game is already getting on my nerves!" After the first test, the electric shocks caused the restaurateur so much trouble that he promptly threw in the towel. "Lick me! Lick me! Lick me," Henssler raged as he tore the bracelet off his wrist and then railed: "You can play that alone! I'm not stupid. Get rid of it! I don't play." He also let Rosin know: "You can have the three points."

Steffen Henssler's Zivi Howan has to step in for him
After Henssler had dropped out, however, a replacement was found: his "Zivi" Howan (23). While Steffen Henssler at least gave the answers, his apprentice had to endure the electric shocks. "At least I've got an opponent," Frank Rosin teased – and Howan did a good job. His glass was fuller at the end, earning Henssler a whopping three points.
