The Hoftheater Bergkirchen has dedicated the last premiere before the Theatersommer to Loriot, one of the most famous German humorists, on the occasion of his 100th birthday, which is this autumn.

Ansgar Wilk has staged the colourful mixture of Ulrike Beckers' stage design from his funniest and best-known works in an entertaining and entertaining way under the yodeled motto "Loriot du dödel di".

The visitors of the sold-out premiere could not stop laughing and were enthusiastic about the acting performance of the ensemble, which brought Loriot's humorous stories with recognition effect to the stage with charm and many gags.

In the play, central questions had to be clarified: Should dogs watch TV? Or: Why does the emancipated wife absolutely need a yodeling diploma? Herbert Müller plays the staid husband in a parade role: "I won't let a broken TV forbid me to tell me when I have to go to bed!" He drives the production manager (Julian Brodacs) in "The Lottery Winner" to despair because he only talks confused stuff in front of the microphone. And there must be something wrong with the feeling of the wife (Lisa Bales), who cooks a four-and-a-half-minute egg purely by chance for exactly four and a half minutes.

In another comic scene, married life is critically examined: "We don't talk, we don't kiss." Will marriage counseling with the therapist (Verena Konietschke) help with kisses on the dead object? Questionable, she seems to have a need herself.

Ansgar Wilk presents the Loriot classic with relish with the tongue twisters of the English language. The constantly slurred "th" finally upsets the self-distinguished speaker.

In another way, Wilk shines when he is asked to eat and drink sumptuously in three rounds in the presence of two ladies, bravely perseveres, but the alcohol gets to him.

One scene was about theatrical life: jostling indecisive visitors in front of the box office, where Gudrun Wilk sits as in real life and, as the good spirit of the house, patiently responds to the wishes.

For the great fun, the audience thanked actors Lisa Bales, Verena Konietschke, Julian Brodacz, Herbert Müller and Ansgar Wilk with thunderous applause. True to the motto: A life without Loriot is conceivable, but also meaningful?
