After documenting on countless occasions her complex and persistent struggle for the long-awaited recovery of her daughter Karin, who suffered from anorexia, Yehudit Bauman on Tuesday summed up the tragic and sad end she had feared so much. Bauman's post on her social media accounts, to which she attached the new obituary, quickly received hundreds of comforting and embracing responses that sought to remind, among other things, of the heroic struggle waged by the mother for Karin's life.

"Not breathing," Yehudit wrote underneath a photo of the obituary detailing the time and place of her daughter's funeral. The ad in question mentions, alongside Karin's parents and siblings, singer Shimi Tavori, who, as is known, took an active part in Karin's treatment, and accompanied her on her frequent visits to the hospital.
Bauman's painful words went deep into the hearts of surfers. "Beloved Judith, there is no consolation over the loss of your beloved daughter Karin. You did a lot for her, fighting as a lioness, supporting, dining with her day and night, speaking to her heart, and despite your personal grief, you also made sure to draw parents' attention to their children's eating disorders," wrote one commenter.

"I share in your great and unbearable grief. You were her support and a place of security. You fought for it in every way possible," another reminded. "The heart is crushed", "Sad and painful", "Judith is a wonderful wife and mother", others added.

The person who joined the hundreds of messages for the post in question was Ortal Amar, the mother of Shimi Tavori's grandson, who attached an emoji of a shattered heart, after dedicating an entire post to Karin's memory in which she asked to say goodbye to her through a song. "She wanted to live, but the desire to be thin overwhelmed," Amar wrote in part. "It's a farewell song by Judith, a mother who fought for her daughter for 15 years." Amar was filmed last night carrying bags full of food on her way to the grieving family's home.
