The facts date back to July 1, 2019 to March 2021. At the bar, she recounted some episodes she experienced within the Mavo with the defendant. For several weeks, Astrid P. had displayed a drawing of a character that she had told several people was Maya D. The defendant claimed it was a screenshot from a humorous video showing a dancing earthworm. "At no time was it about caricaturing anyone," she said. The court was dubious when looking at the drawing.

Another supervisor had filed a complaint. According to his lawyer, his health did not allow him to attend the hearing. Laetitia C. had a conflictual relationship with Astrid P. as soon as she arrived. An incident occurred with an inmate returning from the walk. The guard sent her to the disciplinary unit, but Astrid P. intervened and returned her to her cell. The defendant assures that her subordinate had not given instructions and had left. When she arrived, she had to deal with the situation. "His whole journey after that was conflictual," she says.
The lawyer for the civil party described a deleterious atmosphere within the prison. It considers that the accused benefited from complicity within the prison, implicating in particular the management. "Few characters are brave enough to testify. The reprisals were major," she pleaded. She claimed €8,000 in damages for each of the plaintiffs. They were awarded €5000,1000 for non-pecuniary damage and €<>,<> for legal costs.
