Good legal news is rare nowadays but it happens that at random news suddenly arises a little happiness, a "candy" that gives a smile to the forensic scientist worried about the degradation of French law. The decision of the Administrative Court of Grenoble, dated May 11, 2023, annulling a deliberation of the Board of Directors of the University drafting the statutes of the latter in so-called "inclusive" writing, is one of these sweets that put balm to the republican hearts.
