According to the city, however, the German brand intends to close the discount store it opened just two years ago in the Petit-Nanterre district. According to Patrick Jarry, mayor (DVG) of Nanterre, the general management of Aldi has even decided to close the supermarket on June 2. "A hasty and short-sighted decision," he said, regretting the total lack of consultation, whether with the city services or the landlord Logirep, owner of the premises.
