The Schützenverein Hubertus Oberneuching honors its best shooters. There was a very close result in the memorial cup shooting.
Oberneuching – At the end of the first regular season after Corona, the Oberneuching Hubertus shooters met at the Neuwirt to honor the best shooters. Master marksman Martin Kroh reports on a convivial event.
For the third time in a row, siblings Theresa and Matthias Mair won the he-and-she disc with a 20.0 divider and 95 rings, Kroh says. It came to a very close result in the memory cup shooting. Andreas Matzinger scored a 13.96 divider with the air pistol. Shooting champion Martin Kroh managed a 14.0 divider with the air rifle. With a lead of only 0.04 points of division, Matzinger finally won the Memorial Cup, Kroh had to settle for second place. Third place went to Josef Widl with a 17.1 divider.
It was also exciting at the club challenge cup shooting, reports the shooting champion. Miriam Matzinger secured the trophy with a 26.3 divider, closely followed by Josef Widl, who had to admit defeat with a 26.4 divider. Third place went to Martin Bartl with a 33.1 divider.
This season, a regular club championship could be shot out again, in which the ten best series are evaluated. Stefan Kressirer became club champion with 973 rings, relegating Theresa Mair (962 rings) and Thomas Quixnter (956 rings) to second place.
The new shooting king was Thomas Quixtner with a 28.7 divider, who can now call the shooting chain his own for a year. The winner of the sausage chain was Josef Schlaffer with a 45.7 divider just ahead of Miriam Matzinger with a 46.0 divider who was presented with the pretzel chain.
In the meeting, Schützenmeister Kroh pointed out the next dates of the Hubertusschützen. These are the Burschenfest in Oberneuching on Sunday, 11 June, and the Hoffest at the Neuwirt with Steckerlfischgrillen on Sunday, 9 July.
