Highlights: Miley Cyrus has revealed that he does not want to do a tour to promote his new album, Endless Summer Vacation. The singer says that he doesn't want to live on a tour bus and that he feels more connected to his fans now than ever. The last major world tour he made was in 2014 to promote Bangerz, which included 78 concerts and passed through 78 cities in Europe and North America. Since then, he has done smaller tours, such as the Milky Milky Milk Tour, which lasted less than two months and included five cities in Los Angeles.

Given the concern of her followers for the lack of concerts, the singer explains on Instagram that at this time she does not want to sacrifice her well-being. Of course, it leaves the door open to change your mind and do it in the future

Miley Cyrus (Franklin, Tennessee, USA, 30 years old) is in another stage of her life. The musical star has gone through many different moments, which he has shared with his followers, since he rose to fame in his childhood. First it was the naïve singer with double life Hannah Montana from the Disney series who made her known, then a rebellious girl with short hair, dancing twerking on stage and singing about drugs and sex who surprised everyone with the release of her album Bangerz. During all these years, his musical style has also varied a lot, going through country, pop, rock and even psychedelic music. Now, he is at a time when he prioritizes his health and his needs, as he has confessed in a recent publication on Instagram after he has starred in multiple news following statements about the absence of tours in his plans.

The post comes days after Cyrus confessed in an interview with British Vogue that she had no plans to do a world tour to promote her new album, Endless Summer Vacation, which has triumphed thanks to the success of her single Flowers. The reaction of his fans following this announcement and the multiple news published about it have now led him to clarify the reasons for his decision, which is none other than not wanting to be living on a tour bus.

Miley Cyrus Opens Up About Her Past: "I wanted to get attention because I was separating from a character

"Being totally honest, I feel more connected to my fans now than ever," Cyrus begins her writing, which she titled 'A message from Miley'. "When I win, we win. And even though I don't see them in person every night at a concert, they're deep in my heart." The singer continues, "I'm constantly creating and innovating new ways to stay connected to my audience – without sacrificing my well-being."

As he clarifies in the message, some of his best memories have been singing in front of his fans, but in the end performing these demanding acts has also had a negative impact on his health and is something that, at that time, he does not want to continue doing. "Performing for you has been some of the best days of my life and we will continue on this journey together, as we have for the past two decades." The artist wanted to make clear her desire that her followers do not interpret her decision not to undertake a new tour as a lack of gratitude for all the support they have shown her, but an act of self-love. "It has nothing to do with a lack of appreciation for my fans. It has to do with the fact that I don't want to keep preparing for a concert in a locker room, which is the reality of life on tour."

In addition, the singer of hits like Wrecking Ball admits that the complicated logistics and discomfort involved in carrying out a tour is not something she feels like doing at that time. "The looks I'm wearing don't travel well. These file sets do not bend well. And I just don't want to sleep on a moving bus. It's not the best thing for me at the time." Even so, Cyrus clarifies that while she has made the decision not to tour for her latest album, Endless Summer Vacation – released on March 10 she does not rule out the idea of doing one in the future. "If you have followed my career, you know that I always change and that this stance can also change." And he says goodbye with some affectionate words: "I love you forever, only I'm in my Endless Summer Vacation [a reference to the name of his album that means eternal summer vacation]."

The last major world tour he made was in 2014, to promote his fourth album Bangerz, which included 78 concerts and passed through America, Europe and Oceania, extending from February to October of that year. Since then, the We Can't Stop singer has done smaller tours, such as the Milky Milky Milk Tour in 2015, which was held in only eight cities in North America, and the Attention Tour in 2022, which lasted less than two months and only included five concerts in Los Angeles and several cities in South America.
