Such a situation means pure frustration: The bike has been stolen. A Berlin student gives vent to her anger at the thief with the help of a piece of paper.
Berlin – When we get a glimpse into the emotional world of others, it usually arouses curiosity or empathy. If you find a love letter on the street, you may feel reminded of your own romantic connection in your life. In this case, however, passers-by in Berlin get a glimpse into the inner life of a student who clearly carries a different feeling: anger. And on the one who stole her bike.
Instagram: Bicycle theft victim promises revenge on note: "I'll be here"
On the Instagram page "Notes of Berlin", which collects photos of curious notes in the metropolis, a note from the district of Plänterwald in Alt-Treptow has appeared. Here the author begins without further ado with the words: "To the little lousy a**hole that stole my bike" and continues no less blatantly: "You may have stolen a poor student's bike, but believe me, I have a lot of time and I know that you little p**er will come back and try again, to stand the next wheel." She promises: "I will be here". Incidentally, a party warning note recently caused outrage in Berlin.
A touch of "96 Hours"? Stolen student swears revenge on bicycle thief – "Liam Neeson's daughter"
The unusual post was commented on dozens of times and "liked" thousands of times. Commentators are curious to see if and how the revenge plan will be put into practice: "I want to know what happens next," writes someone and another says: "The daughter of Liam Neeson" and alludes to various revenge films such as "96 Hours" by the British actor. "Let it out!" another user spurs her on, and another comments: "Can understand her so well, after my husband/wife stole my favorite bike during my studies, I could still be in a gush..."
Another Instagram user reveals that she also lives in the Plänterwald and that she herself has lost two wheels to thieves. "The anger is also in the stomach," she writes, and offers a joint action: "I'm there and I'm participating!"
Criticism of Berlin student: "Too many action movies seen"
Other users, however, criticize the author's approach: "A timid attempt to intimidate someone. Too much action movie watched. She should go to university and not squat in bushes." Another user said, "This is crap, but the note is pathetic." Some also criticize their erroneous spelling and expression. "This is how women learn this language at university?" asks one user. "First of all, German learn," comments another, while another guesses "German studies" as a field of study, and yet another says: "Has a lot of time ... Cliché fulfilled."

My Area
It is not only in Berlin that there are curious notes. A notice on his Leipzig apartment door was apparently not polite enough for a resident, which is why he made an alternative suggestion without being asked. Not everyone liked it. (cgsc)
