Munich/Allgäu – Since yesterday evening, it has been clear: 24-year-old Mona Sommer is the new beer queen, according to the message on the Instagram account "Bayerische Bierkönigin" – and now on social media.
At the final round yesterday evening in Munich's Löwenbräukeller, the 24-year-old brewer and maltster from Weitnau (born in Kempten) prevailed against five Bavarian competitors. An official press release is expected in the next few hours – this message will be updated.
