A fire broke out on the roof of a house during renovation work has led to the evacuation of two surrounding hotels in Hamburg's Neustadt district. In the building, which, according to the fire brigade, is also to be converted into a hotel, were at the time of the incident on Thursday only construction workers – no one was injured. A worker complained of health problems after the excitement and was taken to a hospital, the fire department said in the evening.
