On Friday evening, the MDR actually shows the talk show "Riverboat". Today, however, fans don't get to see anything new from the presenters Kim Fisher, Wolfgang Lippert and Co.
Leipzig – In the talk show "Riverboat", Kim Fisher (54), Wolfgang Lippert (71), Matze Knop (48) and Klaus Brinkbäumer (56) invite a wide variety of guests every week and chat about topics that move viewers. Some exciting conversations have already taken place. The whole thing can always be seen on Friday evenings at 22 pm. This week, however, viewers will have to do without a new episode.
MDR shows a "classic" edition of the riverboat
Already last week a new edition of "Riverboat" failed to materialize. Instead, MDR showed a repeat of "Das große Schlagercomeback.2022", moderated by Florian Silbereisen (41). Even today there is no new talk show – but the "Riverboat" fans are still not sitting on dry land and can look forward to a reunion with Helene Fischer (38), who is currently being criticized for her Lidl advertising.
The MDR riverboat will pause until June 2 and will not deliver any new episodes until then. Tonight at 22 p.m., however, fans will still get to see the well-known studio in a "classic" edition. According to TV Spielfilm, the conversations with Ingeborg Krabbe (†85), Tim Mälzer (52), Helene Fischer and Helmut Kohl (†87) will be shown again.
Riverboat has been on MDR since 1992
Since 1992, "Riverboat" has been shown on MDR. At that time, the talk show was still running under the name "MDR-Club". A wide variety of presenters have already led through the evening broadcast. Jan Hofer, Hans-Erich Bilges and Antje Garden, among others, made the start. In 2007, Andrea Kiewel even took over for a short time. Jörg Pilawa, Stephanie Stumph and Sebastian Fitzek have also been involved as "Riverboat" presenters. Currently, Kim Fisher, Klaus Brinkbäumer, Matze Knop and Wolfgang Lippert are hosting the show.
Alexander Klaws and Co.: On June 2, the MDR Riverboat continues with these guests
Next Friday, however, the time has finally come again and MDR viewers can look forward to new episodes. Former DSDS winner Alexander Klaws (39), actress Anna Loos (52), cabaret artist Tom Pauls (64), pop singer Michael Holm (79), figure skating coach Robin Szolkowy (43), mosquito researcher Dr. Doreen Werner, the MDR children's choir, presenter Petra Kusch-Lück (75) will be there.
