The two Chinese influencers were chatting with the audience at the time, and suddenly the attacker appeared behind them, and without any warning, he brandished his sword and cut off one of the hands.

The young attacker was arrested.

Witnesses then uploaded videos, which also went viral, where you can see how the two young streamers run out and behind them runs the aggressor, chasing them.

According to local media Asia One, an ambulance and several police officers were dispatched to the scene after receiving reports of the ongoing fight.

The streamer and his friend were taken to the hospital for "non-life-threatening injuries," according to media reports, despite losing a hand and suffering several cuts to their backs.

The Xiamen Municipal Public Security Bureau later reported that the attacker is a 14-year-old boy whose surname is Luo and who was arrested in the early hours of the 24th.

The press speculates that the altercation would have been caused by a fight that Ye Jianan would have had with Luo due to a dispute in the networks, which did not transcend.
