The popular ZDF junk show "Bares für Rares" has a new dealer. On Tuesday, moderator Horst Lichter introduced the new face to the group. However, the name of the new addition caused some astonishment.

This is what the new dealer says about the first days of shooting
On Tuesday, Lichter presented a new addition to the junk team of "Bares für Rares". "I would like to introduce you to Leo Leo," the presenter began with the introduction and immediately added: "By the way, Leo Leo is not a speech defect, that's actually his name."
The antique dealer himself also made an explanation about his slightly irritating name: "My real name is Benjamin Leo Leo. My middle name is Leo and my last name is Leo," he said on the show. In order to avoid any misunderstandings in advance, he explained again in an Instagram video: "It's a bit confusing. You just call me Leo."
Benjamin Leo Leo has been running a vintage furniture store in Berlin since 2017. His conclusion after the first days of shooting the show: "In real life, there is a lot of competition between dealers, but it was really different and therefore very pleasant. It was a very collegial atmosphere and that quickly made me more relaxed."
