Two men (31, 71) were killed Saturday evening in a car accident on Highway 90. The police said that the road was opened to traffic in both directions, and the traffic examiners of the Judea and Samaria District began investigating the circumstances of the accident.
Three other people sustained minor injuries in the accident. The MDA team evacuated the wounded to Shaare Zedek and Hadassah Mount Scopus hospitals in Jerusalem.
MDA emergency medic Meir Pollak said: "When we arrived at the scene, we saw a very serious car accident between three vehicles. Two men, aged about 2 and 60, were lying unconscious on the road, without a pulse or breathing and suffering from multiple systemic injuries. We immediately performed CPR, put them in an intensive care unit and evacuated them to hospitals while performing CPR while they were in critical condition. Three other passengers sustained minor injuries and were taken to hospital for further treatment."
