Those close to Ben-Gvir said in response: "In the meantime, every time we used force, we got what we wanted. We threatened the legal reform and got the National Guard, we threatened Gaza and we got targeted killings, we threatened the budget and we got another 250 million shekels.
"We would prefer to work in an orderly manner, quietly and without threats, but it seems that this is the only way they understand and only in this way can we work. In the meantime, the one who is deterred is not Ben-Gvir, but more the other side."
