At the invitation of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Israeli President Isaac Herzog will take off for a state visit to Azerbaijan. The purpose of the visit to Azerbaijan, a Shiite Muslim country bordering Iran, is to discuss strengthening strategic ties between the countries.
