A 51-year-old had to answer to the district court. He was approaching a parking lot with his 17-year-old partner.

Königsdorf/Wolfratshausen – "I was shocked": This is how a police officer in front of the Wolfratshausen district court describes his feelings at the crime scene. He thinks for a moment whether he has chosen the right word. "Yes, shocked, I was shocked by the age difference." Because of the car in a parking lot at the Bibisee in Königsdorf, to which the officer and a colleague had been called, got out: a man, tall, strong, 51 years old – and a young girl, 17, of very childlike stature.

The unequal couple is said to have had consensual sexual intercourse in the man's car at around 21 p.m. at the end of May last year. And so loud that bathers felt disturbed by the moans that came out of the open car window. Now the man, who lives in Rhineland-Palatinate, had to answer to the district court for causing a public nuisance. He was sentenced to a fine of 2000 euros.

The defendant and the girl (then 15 years old) had met about two years before the incident at Lake Bibi on an Internet platform "where children play horse games and elf games," the police officer reported. The girl told him this on that May evening in the parking lot – and admitted that her parents knew nothing about the relationship. The 17-year-old had told "revealingly" that she had sat in the car on the man and moved up and down.

This coincided with the observations of a witness whose testimony was read out at the trial. The Munich (45) had come with his girlfriend from bathing and was just about to load his car when the vehicle next door "wobbled and at some point the moaning came". The Munich native's girlfriend at the time described: "The girl looked like twelve, I had an uncomfortable feeling." Her boyfriend finally shouted "Quiet!", "but after a few minutes later the moaning started again." As a result, her boyfriend became and wanted to confront the man. But he only shouted from the car: "Just Google it, from the age of 16 you can do that."

51-year-old and 17-year-old were in the car - so loud that others heard it

District Judge Helmut Berger speculated: "He knew that others were there, but he continued anyway. Apparently this excites the accused." The judge saw this opinion confirmed by an earlier conviction of the accused. In the spring of 2022, the man had already been sentenced to a fine of 15 daily rates for exhibitionist acts against two 50-year-old girls in the outdoor pool of Alzey (Rheinhessen).

The accused vehemently denied that he had sex with the 17-year-old in the car at Königsdorfer Bibisee. "We didn't have sexual intercourse. The witnesses can't have seen anything because nothing happened," the 51-year-old asserted. "It's all just because the girl was so young. That can't be."

However, according to the testimony, Judge Berger was "absolutely sure that it happened that way". He sentenced the Rhineland-Palatinate, who, according to his own statement, has in the meantime broken off a retraining as a nanny, to a fine of 100 daily rates of 20 euros each. The verdict is not yet final.
