The two men are said to have left the restaurant in November last year after consuming five bottles of beer mats and mustard bags without paying. After they also behaved conspicuously in a tram, according to investigators, the driver alerted the police. The subsequent identity check is said to have been accompanied by kicks and punches as well as verbal abuse by the drunken men. In the case of the younger, almost four per thousand alcohol were finally measured in the blood.
