Jesenwang - An accident with a small aircraft at the airfield in Jesenwang caused a high level of property damage. No one was injured.
The pilot of a Breezer sports aircraft was approaching Jesenwang on Sunday, May 28, at around 19:15 p.m. The 58-year-old from Munich was alone on the plane and had previously taken off from Mainbullau (Miltenberg district).
According to the police, according to previous investigations, the pilot lost control of the machine immediately after touching down. The 58-year-old rolled with the small aircraft over a Wese and collided there with a parked machine.
The pilot from Munich was able to leave the plane unharmed, according to police. Both small aircraft suffered damage amounting to around 165,000 euros.
