Wishes don't always have to be huge, Andrea Kiewel explains modestly in the "ZDF TV Garden" - and spontaneously reveals what she dreams of so longingly.
Mainz – This Sunday (28 May), the motto "Flea Market" was the order of the day in the "ZDF-Fernsehgarten" – a place where resourceful collectors may be able to fulfil one or two wishes. Fittingly, presenter Andrea Kiewel (57) also talked about wishes in a conversation with cult cabaret artist Wolfgang Trepper (62).
Small wishes in the "ZDF television garden": Andrea Kiewel lets Wolfgang Trepper guess
"Nowadays, wishes are always so very, very big," complained the 57-year-old about halfway through the flea market episode of "ZDF-Fernsehgarten" – but that doesn't have to be that way: "Guess what my wish is!" demanded Andrea Kiewel of her celebrity guest. But he was at a loss.
"You want everyone who is important to you to live a healthy and peaceful life," Wolfgang Trepper advised into the blue. Far from it: "It's so mainstream!" complained the former competitive swimmer. "Okay," her counterpart jokingly made another attempt: "You want to get drunk with me until the pupils stop?" Here, too, the 62-year-old was wrong.

Unveiling in the "ZDF television garden": Andrea Kiewel dreams of cream gluttony
Kiwi finally came out with the language: "My biggest wish at the moment: I would like to go to an ice cream parlor, then you have the display at the front where the ice cream is sold – and behind it is the cream machine," Andrea Kiewel explained with sweeping gestures, then raised one arm in the air and tapped a mountain of cream directly into her mouth from an imaginary vending machine. For this truly down-to-earth wish, there was thunderous applause from the stands.

Wolfgang Trepper was also amused and joked: "I hope no one photographed that now." However, this wish remained unfulfilled. Viewers were less enthusiastic about a completely different scene: Andrea Kiewel first asked an expert a question in the "ZDF television garden" and then ignored him.
