First there was a scuffle, then the young woman's bag was snatched. The police were looking for two young men in Wolfratshausen.
Wolfratshausen - On Saturday evening, the Wolfratshausen police received an explosive-sounding message: A young woman from the district of Erding is said to have been involved in an altercation with two young men. After fisticuffs, these two snatched the 19-year-old's bag and fled. Among other things, the bag contained the Erdinger's laptop.

"Since a robbery had to be assumed on the basis of the first findings, an immediate search for the perpetrator was initiated with a number of police patrols," writes the police inspectorate from Wolfratshausen. A police helicopter also circled over the Loisach city on Saturday evening. The intensive search brought no results: "The two men could not be found," reports the police in their press release.

Possible robbery in Wolfratshausen: police initiate large-scale manhunt
However, "in the course of the investigation" it turned out that the whole act was probably different: According to the current state of knowledge, the facts of the case were "more likely to be a low-value property crime". One of the two perpetrators, a 27-year-old from Wolfratshausen, is now known to the police at least by name - and is probably an acquaintance of the victims. Witnesses of the incident are asked to contact the Wolfratshausen police by telephone on 08171/42110.
