All videos, photos, telephone interceptions, interactions on the internet and on social profiles: a mass of data and information equal to about 40 terabytes, analyzed by the IT consultant appointed by the Prosecutor of Tempio Pausania, Mauro Sanna, are the fulcrum of the tenth hearing of the closed-door trial that sees accused of group sexual violence Ciro Grillo - son of Beppe - and three of his Genoese friends, Francesco Corsiglia, Edoardo Capitta and Vittorio Lauria.
In the courtroom from this morning the defense lawyers and those of the civil party who protect the alleged victim, Silvia, the Italian-Norwegian girl who denounced Grillo jr and his friends for the rape she allegedly suffered in July 2019 in the house in Porto Cervo owned by the family of the founder of the 5 Star Movement, are fighting.
Under examination the data purchased from five phones, four attributable to the Ligurian boys, and one owned by Silvia.
The lawyers are also examining the photos concerning a second complaint of sexual violence suffered by Roberta, Silvia's Lombard friend and present with her on the night between 16 and 17 July four years ago first in the Billionaire disco in Porto Cervo and then at dawn also in the Grillo house.
