The battle over about 40 terabytes of photos, videos, exchanges of messages and telephone records extrapolated by the IT consultant of the Prosecutor's Office moves to July 10: on that date, in the courtroom of Tempio Pausania, the results of the work carried out by the prosecution expert, Mauro Sanna, will be analyzed together with those of the experts appointed by the defense and the civil parties.
Filed the depositions of some key witnesses, the closed-door trial that sees accused of group sexual violence Ciro Grillo - son of Beppe - and three of his Genoese friends, Francesco Corsiglia, Edoardo Capitta and Vittorio Lauria, now focuses on all the material obtained from seven phones, plus the interactions had on social media: four mobile phones are of the defendants, two of the alleged victims, Silvia, the Italian-Norwegian girl who first denounced the alleged violence; and Roberta, the friend who was with her both at the Billionaire and in the Porto Cervo house of the Grillo family, where the rape would have taken place on the night between 16 and 17 July 2019.

According to the psychologist, who presented the results of her expert report in the last hearing, Silvia has "difficulty in assuming and maintaining control of situations and in actively expressing her opposition to the conduct of others". Moreover, for the expert "the young woman alternates moments in which she is quietly and others instead of strong emotionality, in which she fidgets, moves and stammers, especially when she speaks and refers to the sexual relations she had with Ciro Grillo".
